Brandfluence™ is the process we use to do that work.
It is our strategic engagement framework for helping organizations develop clarity around their brand and then bring that clarity to life in practical, usable ways. While Brandfluence™ includes a defined set of methods and tools, the process is always adapted to the organization, its audience, and its reality.
At its core, Brandfluence™ is designed to help leaders see their brand more clearly and make better decisions because of it.
The Brandfluence™ Process
Brandfluence™ unfolds across three connected phases. Each phase builds on the one before it, moving from understanding to definition to action.
1. Immerse
The process begins with immersion. We spend time understanding the organization, its goals, audiences, services, and market context, as well as how the brand is currently showing up.
This phase includes conversations with leadership and key stakeholders, a review of existing materials, and an assessment of messaging, visuals, and the overall brand experience. The goal is to understand what feels aligned, what is unclear, and where gaps exist between intention and perception.
Outcome:
A clear brand positioning strategy that establishes direction and focus.
2. Envision
With a clear understanding in place, we move into Envision. This phase is about shaping the story and defining how the brand should be expressed.
We refine the messaging, articulate the brand voice, and develop the visual and verbal elements that bring the strategy to life. The work is focused on clarity and consistency, giving teams a shared understanding of how the brand should sound, look, and behave.
Outcome:
A Brand Kit and Brand Guide that translate strategy into usable tools.
3. Activate
The final phase is Activate. This is where the brand moves from definition into execution.
Based on priorities, scope, and internal capacity, we help plan and produce campaigns, content, and tools that support consistent brand expression across key touchpoints. The focus is on thoughtful execution, work that reinforces the strategy and supports real progress.
Outcome:
A Brand Activation Roadmap and execution support aligned to the organization’s needs.
